Toner, Esq., as the mediator.

  HOA arbitrations are conducted by staff arbitrators; therefore, we are unable to arbitrate these disputes.  However, voluntary mediation is available and may be conducted by our office.  Please feel free to contact us to determine whether  your dispute qualifies.  The HOA dispute resolution statute and the arbitration administrative code may be downloaded below.
